Qurious

I had an implant exchange on Friday and love my breasts just how they are. I had 250cc hp f/t 300 and changed to 300cc mods+ f/t 360. They look about the same but definitely lost the upper pole fullness that stuck out from my tops. My new breasts don't seem swollen at all, they are so soft (way softer than my last set and I was 16wks) and may need to drop maybe a couple of centimeters and if they didn't would not be the end of the world at all. (unlike my last set esp the left and is the reason I needed to go back to get that pocket dropped)
I realize I am not mashed in like the first time because the pocket is already there but does the muscle still hold some of it back then release? (fluff?) Also is this normal that they are soft? I always thought that they would initially be quite firm especially since my PS filled to maximum and are partial unders. I'm also wondering since my implants are soft and positioned where they should be (creases were dropped and sutures placed on top of each breast to prevent riding up) can I expect any changes or is this it? I will see my PS on Thursday but still wanting your opinion. My last set he told me at 1wk my swelling looked pretty much gone and if anything to expect my breasts to get smaller and not bigger. Well they got way bigger just never dropped.

Dr. Pelletiere will become famous soon enough
Usually after a revision like this, there is very little swelling. You have not increased your size that much even though your width has increased with the jump from HP to moderate plus. It is not unusual that you have very little firmness afterwards. Going 60cc larger is a small jump, and even though the implant is filled to its "max", it actually would need to be filled substantially more to make it really really firm - probably around 425cc. At 360cc, that implant will still be fairly soft. You can still expect some small changes, but if your repairs/suturing internally holds, then there should be very little change.
