![]() | lowering crease with a previous crease incision?
I am a few weeks out from my breast augmentation and my ps suggested he just put in two different sizes instead of lowering my crease I know I should have objected right there but I said ok and trusted him well the implants do sit at the same height however there is a difference that I notice between the sizes and it really bothers me so my question is I had a crease incision would I be able to get the higher crease lowered? I don't care if the scar shows a bit I just don't want two different sized breasts, btw my ps said I had fully dropped and the swelling is gone so they are not gonna change size wise.

As long as you are alright with the inframammary incision scar showing a little more, then you can lower the fold without difficulty. However, if you have to lower the fold a fair amount, then that scar may really show on the breast. Since you are pretty early in the process, I would wait another two months, just to make sure everything is settled, etc. At the three month mark, I would reasess and see how you feel about things. Even though your surgeon has said that you will not have any more changes, in my experience, it takes about three months on anyone before everything has settled into position.
