what are my options as far as my assymetry due to scoliosis?

So previously I had asked a question regarding my assymetry and if a PS had to fix it if you were unsatisfied. I have posted pictures in my 3 week album, which actually are a month out. From the front they look even, because my right breast kind of goes to the side due to a large hump in my chest from scoliosis. But in a bra or certain clothing when they are pushed more together it is more noticably larger. Between 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch actually. I have much more projection on my right side and my left I feel the pocket may be too low. My first visit I told my PS that I was getting a burning stinging sensation near my lower outside of the breast and he said it was probably from my pocket stretching, mind you I was instructed to do the quad massage starting the day after surgery. You can take a look at my pictures to see what I am talking about. It just feels like my right one is more "secure" I guess you could say and like my left on the outside bottom needs "tacked up" a little... like it's falling down. Needless to say I don't know how to bring this up with my PS... as I kind of perceive his confidence for a little arrogant and don't want him to think I am dissing his work.

Dr. Pelletiere will become famous soon enough
The best way to go about things is to just be honest and open. Do not be afraid to bring up the issues you have expressed. There may or may not be things that can be corrected by changing implants, pocket adjustments, size, fill, type, etc., but you will not know if you do not bring them up. No surgeon should take it as an afront to their skill if their patients question something - the relationship should be a two-way street, with open, friendly dialogue. It is never easy when you are dealing with a chest wall deformity, and often times, you cannot get things perfect, no matter what you do. However, with proper planning, you can usually get someone pretty close. If you want, you can email some photos to the office and I can give you a better idea about what I might do/ not do if you were my patient. I hope this helps.
