 | Seeking much needed advice
Hi there. My stats are below. But to sum things up I am 26 no children/breast feeding. I'm 5'6 and 115lbs. I'm a small framed girl. I am currently a full A cup, 12cm BWD, I have 3cm of breast tissue and I am wanting a full C cup. My PS is reccommending a max size of 325cc natrelle HPs unders. Based on the size charts I could go 350cc and still be under the size of my BWD. I'm worried that with only 325cc I'll look basebally like and not a full C but rather a very small C. I have pictures in my profile if it helps any. I would love to have your advice as to what cc I should be getting to achieve the look I want with is a nice full C. Thanks!!!

In terms of your size, a 325cc will probably make you a large B/C if you are a true A right now. If you want to be in that nice C range, I would recommend the 350cc. Based on your BWD, you should be able to fit the implant without it being too wide. I would discuss this with your surgeon. I always recommend to my patients that if they are erring on one side or the other, go to the larger size. Almost everyone who gets an augmentation wishes they went a little bigger after everything has settled.
