I Recently Had My BA (July 2009). I've Had Problems With Slight Tenting (Symmastia) && Bottoming Out. I've Seen My Surgeon, And She Suggests 2 Things. 1.) Switching From Unders To Overs? OR 2.) Going In And Stitching Up The Pockets? My Question Would Be... Which Do You Suggest? Also, When Switching From Unders To Overs..Will This Fix The Symmastia/Bottoming Out?? Thank You In Advance For Your Reply

You are still pretty early in the healing process. I would probably wait until the 6 month mark before doing any sort of revision. The two options you mentioned will work - it just depends on what your surgeon is more comfortable with. Changing pockets is the easiest, but can then lead to problems down the line since the implants are subglandular then ( more rippling/CC, etc.). It is nice to keep them under the muscle, or create a neo-pocket between the scar tissue and muscle itself. If you go this route, then you need to go to someone who is really comfortable with symmastia repairs. Simple suturing up the medial area has a high failure rate. Either way will do the job - it just depends on what you and yoru surgeon are most comfortable with.
