Can sleeping on my side give me symmatia...4 days post op

Hello! Thanks in advance for always answering questions so quickly!
I have a new one...I just had a revision breast augmentation (13 Nov) to fix CC on one side and pocket revision since my pockets were cut too high and too far apart (there was a 3-finger width gap in between my implants and the implants were too small for my body at a BWD of 13...the old implant diameter was only 11.5), so I went from a 340cc to a 520cc, both silicone, both over the muscle. My PS said I can sleep on my side but I wonder if that can give me symmatia or affect the way the implants settle in their new pockets? I would like them to move a little closer together because now I have a TON of side boob since the new implant diameter is 14. Last breast augmentation I had, my PS made me ace bandage my implants together to make them move closer together...I don't see my new PS again until 26 Nov....I don't want to do anything to cause complications but I would like them a little fuller towards the middle and not so full on the sides. Will they move on their own into place as they "drop and fluff" or should I be doing something (like banding them or sleeping on my sides) to help?

Also do I have to wear a bra constantly?..my PS said I can wash it but I see some other girls here say they wear theirs in the shower too? Will not having it on for 30 minutes or so cause any complications like bottoming out? With my last breast augmentation, I didn't want to know of any complications so I wouldn't be paranoid like I am now, but maybe I did something that caused my CC...I am pretty happy with my new ones so far so I don't want to do anything to mess them up! :L

Again, thanks for all of your help!

Dr. Pelletiere will become famous soon enough
Sleeping on your side should not cause symmastia on its own. As long as the pocket is strong in the medial area, the pressure of the implant will not cause a problem. If your surgeon had given you the ok, then I would go ahead with it. The implants are going to settle into their pocket no matter what you do, so trying to force the implants closer doesnt necessarily help in the long run. With regards to the bra, it is ok to remove it for awhile. Those who shower in them are going overboard. You should be fine.
