Hello Dr.

I had 425cc cohesive gel under the muscle Aug 28. What are the signs of CC? My right breast is a bit firmer on the top portion and have a dull ache at times in that breast. They both look great and symetrical in appearance.
Will they still drop anymore at this point?

As long as the rest of the breast does not feel firmer, then you should be doing fine. I would aggressively massage that area and see if you can stretch that area out. Do some arm exercises, masage the breast, etc. Also, sleep on your chest, or at least lay down on your chest for 10 minutes before going to bed. If it continues to progress, then check with your surgeon.
