Double Bubble/Crease Issue

I have an issue with my implants and was wondering if it was common or could be fixed somehow. My breast tissue doesn't match up with my implants. It looks like I have small cones on top of round implants. From the side, starting at the bottom, there's the roundness of the implant and then it comes up and kind of goes in a little and then my breast tissue points out. I hope I'm explaining it so that you can understand what I'm talking about. A gentleman with my ps's office called me today to say that my breasts look great and they could see what I was talking about from my pics. He said it looked like double bubble or an issue with my fold that might adjust itself over time (in the past 6 months it hasn't gotten any better). He said they see a lot of that. It's from the implant being wider than my breast and that I shouldn't let it bother me. I asked why they just didn't use a different profile but he said that's the only profile they use. He had talked about it with the ps and the only option they saw was going over the muscle with silicone but then other possibilities could arise from that. Am I wrong in thinking that there are other options like different profiles still under the muscle? He said I could be left with extra tissue. Wouldn't the added projection from a different profile pick up any slack? I didn't think this should be a common problem either. Is it? Is it something that can just happen or is it the surgeons fault for putting in something that doesn't quite fit? Should he have known better? I'm kind of at a loss on what to do now.

Thank you.

I've drawn it out if that helps any. It's not the greatest, but hopefully, it will help you to see what I'm talking about.

From the side the natural breast tissues goes in and then the implant comes out a little.

From the front you can see a small shadow.

It's not as obvious as most of the other double bubble photos I've seen on the net, but I still don't like it. With boobs like this I'll never get beads at Mardigras LOL

Thank you very much for your reply. I seriously doubted that that could have been my only option. At least I know that there's hope when I get them redone sometime in the future.

You are too funny..
I am no surgeon, but from your befores you look like you have tubular breasts.

Maybe Dr. Pousti can explain what can be done there better.
I PM'd you with some photos . Dr Pousti's site has them also..

Best of luck.
We all just want nice boobs and to look normal..
