5 months-one too low, one too high

Dr. Revis,

I am five months post op---augmentation and lift.

I have two issues, I think. My right breast is still not dropping....pretty sure I need a pocket revision on that side.

But my left seems too low to me now. The nipple is not mid way between the shoulder and elbow and not sure if it's because I may not be done fluffing or filling out on that side, or that I needed a more aggressive lift.

I had a lollipop lift....but am wondering if I needed more. I have a specific album showing how low my left side is and how much skin I can still pinch at the bottom.

My progression albums clearly show the right has stopped dropping, I believe. And the skin pinching album shows my left side more specifically.

Do you think my left is too low now and what could be done about it if and when I get the right revised?

Thanks for your help.

Asymmetry

Good evening,

I do see a number of issues and I believe you have already concluded you will need a touch up. What I see is some asymmetry of your implant position, some continued or recurrent sagging of your breasts, a very wide gap and little projection of your breasts, and a double bubble on one side (where the natural breast tissue seems to be sitting on top of the implant. What you probably need is:
1) lower the high side
2) internal bra for the low side
3) redo your lift as a standard inverted T
4) larger implants would fit your chest better and narrow the gap between your breasts and give you more projection

Dr. Revis.

Thank you so much for your help. It is reassuring to me to have someone finally agree with me.

Quick question....why would you suggest an internal bra on the left side if I got the lift improved by upgrading to an inverted T?

Also, I do not really want to go bigger.......but I do understand that might fill up my chest better. However, I would rather have somewhat of a gap than to risk even more sagginess in the future. I did have a large gap in my breasts pre-op....so that might be why I still do now.

I appreciate your insight. Thank you so much.

Dee

Good evening,

Absolutely the full lift is a reasonable alternative. Good luck!
