Crescent Lift After BA under local anesthesia

I saw on your website where you perform minor lifts under local anesthesia. Is this a common procedure in the case of someone who might need a crescent lift to raise the nipples/areola several months post breast augmentation?

My nipples are not pointing downwards but are low in relation to the rest of the breast. I would really like them to be a bit higher--1 cm to 1.5 cm. I know that is not much but makes a ton of difference in the appearance.

I was told already that the implants should not have to be removed for a crescent lift to be performed and then saw where a minor lift could be performed using local anesthesia. Have you done this after a breast augmentation in the case of someone who had only a small amount of breast tissue pre and it remained low after implants?

Thanks.

Breast lifts

Good afternoon!

You are correct- minor skin-only lifts (crescent and minor donuts) without touching the implants may be performed under straight local anesthesia in the office. Just give us a call at 954-630-2009 if you wish to schedule a consultation.

Best wishes,
Don Revis, MD

Thank you very much for your reply. I plan to discuss the issue at my next post op visit with my PS (1 week from now). Should things not work out there, I will definitely plan to consult with you. Again, I appreciate your assistance.
