question about redo for cc

I am going back for a redo for stage 2-3cc. 1 year p o in Nov. Right now I have gel smooth overs and he would like to put textured unders in to change things to see if it works. The thing is he doesn't have lots of experience with cc because his patients rarely get it. I have already paid for the redo so I am sticking with him.

My question or unclear feeling is this: He is going to take out my implants from the scar tissue, leaving the scar tissue inside of me, opening the muscle location for going under and then laying the new textured implant on top of old scar tissue. His colleague is doing this with better results of recurring cc. Does this sound okay to you?? And won't the scar tissue try to regrow around the new implant if it is sitting on top of it?? Also, what about the scar tissue that is on the top of my breast right now with my overs, I don't understand how he can lay my new unders on top of it?? I am really confused about all this but really cannot make another trip hours away to go see him for clarification.

Good morning,

I'm not sure how you can place unders on top of the scar tissue from overs. Perhaps there was some miscommunication- just ask your PS for some clarification.
