Hi Dr. Revis!

Thanks in advance for answering my questions!!

I am 5'3", 115lbs 34 small b cup with a relatively wide chest wall for my size. I am trying to decide between 457 and 492 sil unders. Mr Dr. told me that would take me to a full D with cleavage. Does this sound about right? Would the difference of around 35ccs really be noticeable or have an effect on my recovery?

Is it true in your experience that the larger the implant the rougher the recovery? I know this is such a general question, but I am trying to decide on a size and it can just be so difficult.

Good afternoon,

I would go with the larger if you are debating between two sizes and if you were my patient. Larger implants can be tougher postop, but not as little difference as you are considering.
