Largest Size Available

Dear Dr. Revis,

Thank you for taking the time to answer questions on this forum. It is most kind of you. After going to your website, I was extremely impressed with your quality of work in all of your surgical specialties and with the fantastic results enjoyed by your patients! I had never heard of the internal bra and found this most interesting and the results are beautiful. Does this method prevent the scarring traditionally found with most breast lifts? (I did not see any). Also, I am looking to go from my current size of 550 cc silicone (from 1/1999) to the largest size available. Will I need to stay with silicone? From info on this site, it appears the largest size available in silicone is 900 cc. Would I be able to have the internal bra done with this size? I live in Central Florida and am currently researching. Do you perform the larger size breast implants? Lastly, what would be the apprximate cost ranges for the internal bra lift if performed with an augmentation? Thank you again!

Largest implants

Good afternoon,

I'll get right to your questions/comments:

I had never heard of the internal bra and found this most interesting and the results are beautiful. Does this method prevent the scarring traditionally found with most breast lifts? (I did not see any).

The internal bra is a procedure I use to treat bottoming out. It does not require the usual breast lift scars because all of the work is done on the inside, but to have an internal bra you must have implants. An internal bra cannot be used to lift the breasts in a patient without implants.

Also, I am looking to go from my current size of 550 cc silicone (from 1/1999) to the largest size available. Will I need to stay with silicone? From info on this site, it appears the largest size available in silicone is 900 cc.

It depends on the size and look that you want. For instance, the largest silicone from Mentor is 800cc whereas a saline MPP 800-960 shell could easily be filled to more than 1000cc.

Would I be able to have the internal bra done with this size? I live in Central Florida and am currently researching.

You can have the internal bra if you have bottoming out, but I would need to see you or see your photos first.

Do you perform the larger size breast implants?

I do

Lastly, what would be the apprximate cost ranges for the internal bra lift if performed with an augmentation? Thank you again!

Approximately $4900-$5500 (saline) or $6000-$6750 (silicone) which includes a board certified MD anesthesiologist, a full service hospital, surgeon's fee, surgibra and all of your pre- and postop appointments.

Hope this helps!

Dear Dr. Revis,

Thank you for taking the time to provide such a nice response. The fact you take the time to answer questions on this forum shows how much you are dedicated to your profession.

I was so impressed with your work on your website. I was researching plastic surgeons in Florida who did the larger-sized implants and was so happy to find you on this forum! The internal bra is such a complement to the augmentation surgery as it does not have the scarring so evident in regular lifts. I think this would be money well spent when going to the larger-sized implants to preserve shape as the years progress (almost as a way to protect your investment). I was also glad to see you do the endoscopic mini-facelift as well as that's on my list! Thank you, again!
