 | overs to under to over again?
Dr. Revis, is it possible to go back over the muscle if you have them under? Some surgeons have said that it's not possible and it causes to many complications. My pectoral muscle has been damaged and it's painful with them under. I am not concerned about ripples or any other cosmetic reasons other than the pain with them being in contact with my muscle. I have silicon high profile. |

| Unders to Overs
Good afternoon, I think the safest way to go from unders to overs would be to remove the implants for three months to allow the submuscular pocket to close, followed by re-augmentation above the muscle. Sincerely, Don Revis, MD www.SouthFloridaPlasticSurgery.com |
