confusion with implants

Hello Dr. Revis,
I am a professional dancer, aerial circus performer, so I use a lot of upper body strength. And was wondering if it was wise to get a saline implant over the muscle, since i work my pects so much.

or would it be ok for me to get a dual plane implant? or would that put me to a higher risk of capsular contractions?

I also picked saline over silicone since most of the doctors I've seen said that it would be hard to fit a silicone implant through a nipple incision. Is that true?

I'm just afraid that a saline implant wont look or feel as natural as a silicone would.

I am a 34A and would like to be a full B or a small C.

Thank you

Implant Choices

Good morning,

I have a number of professional bodybuilders with submuscular implants which look great and have lasted for years. In someone as fit and with as little body fat as you must have, I just thinkl overs look too fake for my own aesthetic tastes.

In regards to the implant type and the nipple incision, it really depends on the implant size versus your areolar diameter. In patients who have small areolas, it can be difficult or impossible to fit the appropriate size silicone implant.

Best Wishes,
Don Revis, MD
