Risks with improving cleavage?

Hello Doctor,

I am getting a redo next week to go from 250 mod saline unders to 700 hp silicone unders. My doctor said he could improve my cleavage and keep my breasts from falling to the sides when laying down by using sutures on the outer edges of the pockets to tighten them, and opening the inner pocket edges.

I asked him if this would increase my risk of symmastia, and he assured me that I have enough breast tissue and elasticity in my skin so this would not occur. However, I have heard stories of girls getting this done with symmastia occurring as a result.

My doctor is very experienced and I feel confident in his abilities. However, do you think that this is a safe risk for me to take? I would love better cleavage with less side boob. Picture below.

Another piece of the puzzle... My bwd is 14 cms, and my current implant diameter is appx. 12.8 cms. The new implants will have a diameter of 14.5, which is slightly over my bwd.
