Would you recommend OVERS?

I have Double Bubble in Left, Bottoming Out in Left and CC in right. Not to mention my breasts are not even and have a wierd shape to them.

I have a BEFORE pre-breast augmentation pic in my album.

My new PS suggested to make a new capsule for OVERS and that will help with shape. (As well as stitch up lefty) But my concern is that I don't have enough breast tissue for OVERS. Can you give me some enlightment on OVERS and if I would be a good candidate for them.

I am thin, started with 34A breast tissue, very active all day and I'm scaried of ripples.

Good evening,

I wouldn't recommend you change to overs- your capsular contracture rate is higher above the muscle, rippling is more likely, a more fake look is present, mammograms are worse................... some patients are appropriate for overs, but I feel confident your revision could be done well by maintaining your submuscular pocket.

Hi there

I new to this forum, but have read over and see that you are battling with your decision!
I am only 2.5 weeks out from my breast augmentation, I am in australia, and while sub muscular is more common here also, I went with over the muscle (subfascia)

I am extremely happy with my result so far, they are very natural looking. I did have a little to work with, although after breast feeding to kids I had the shell of a B cup left lol.

I also have saline, which, is more cause for concern of rippling. The surgeon I choose only does one method, and I tossed and turned for quite some time and was super confused. However, I choose the surgeon that I felt most confident in and that was the one I went with. If you trust your surgeon, and have bought up your concerns, then I think you should go with overs if this is whats being suggested

Good luck with your decission, Im sure I probably havent helped at all, but thought Id let you know how very happy I am, despite doing everything opposite to what is most common at the moment! My result are so very natural and I am thrilled. I am also very active person, in my job and I like surfing when I have free time.
