Thinking about having them removed.

Hi,

I had 350 silicone, partials (under muscle and top), with areola placement nearly 3 years ago. I am thinking of having them removed. I am concerned of disfigurement. Would you recommend perhaps going smaller instead? Here are a few of my concerns.
My right breast has had a crease, (for a lack of a better word), in it since I had the surgery, and it shows when I lift weights, leaning over, or my chest tightens up. I ask my PS about repairing it, and was told sometimes you can make things worse by trying to fix them. When I wear a bra, they look so round, not natural to me. And I find them uncomfortable, especially at the bottom of the breast.

Do more women than not have bad results from removal?

Good morning,

Usually patients have good results after removal- I have a couple on my site. However, I would recommend trying to fix what you have first- it sounds as though you have some pretty common problems.
