Breast implants with lift.

Hi, I had a recent consult and the PS suggested I get a crecsent lift with my breast augmentation. Only thing is he said he wanted to insert the implants with an incision in the breast crease. Can't he insert the implants through the nipple with the lift? Is this just his preference?

I am having a breast augmentation & Lift on 11/24. I am going through the nipple with 340cc under. Did you can ask her if she can do nipple incision? Some docs have their own preference. Now I originally want under the arm but my doc only does areola, which I'm ok with anyway cause I am going to have my areolas smaller. Hope this helps. Good luck....

Yep he does incision for implants through the nipple. He said since I am having a crecsent lift he likes to put the implants in from a different location. I would like all the work done from the same location to have less scars.

I would perform both the lift and the augmentation through the same incision- I don't understand why not.
