unhappy with my boobs

Dear Mr. Revis

I wanted to make a third surgery because how they look now is just horrible and I am also not happy with the size. Only with a bra they look okay. I had my second surgery in May 09 and they are under muscle, 600cc, Cup D.
But my doctor said now 4 days for the operation becaus of the risks!
I wanted to make 800cc to get an Cup E. But I think already with 600cc I will or could have the same problems as with 800cc

What do you say, and what can I do to have a beautiful cleavage without a bra (naked)?

PS: in Switzerland I will probably not find a doctor who will make 800cc.....

Good afternoon,

You definitely have bottoming out with the implants too low, too far apart, and no upper pole fullness. You need the internal bra procedure, which is the most common revision I perform, 2-3 times a week, and I would be happy for you to use any size from 600cc on up. The internal bra holds even when going to larger implants (and most patients choose to go larger).
