Redo with different implant and cc amount

Hi Dr Revis

Im going for a BA redo on the 15 May 08 and a little confused about what my end result may be

My 1st BA was 7 yrs ago
I had 'tear drop' cohesive gell unders 375cc R @ L crease incision
This bought me from a 34A to a mediam 34C
No problems with surgury or recovery

My 2nd BA is on the 15th May
I will be having (from my consultation records) Eurosilicone VHP (I live in Australia) silicone round base textured unders 550cc R @ L 13.0 x 5.6 same incision

I told my PS I wanted fullness, to go bigger and more clevage. At the moment I have 3 fingers width between my breasts. There is a restriction on my clevage width though, because of a wide sternum but I'm ok with this. I'm also worried because my cc difference between the two implants is only 175 cc and it doesn't seem enough for a big size change. I know PS's do not like to discuss cup size but I am hoping for a large D ??

I would love your educated guess though, even if it's bad news LOL

Thanks very much

Redo

Good afternoon,

We don't use the VHP's but it sounds as though you have a good handle on the situation. In my experience, it takes 175-225cc's to make a cup size, and you want to go up slightly more than a cup size, so perhaps the next size up?
Best Wishes!

Thank you for your reply Dr Revis

My PS told me 550cc is the best and safest size for me at this stage. He said a redo in a couple of years could be possible if I have no complications with the 550cc. Anyway my redo went fine without complications and so far so good, so fingers crossed I will sail through recovery

Thanks again for your time
