When would you recommend to go back to running after a basic TT with MR? How long do you recommend someone wear a girdle post TT with MR? I know that you havent seen my surgery but I am just asking as a general rule of thumb. Thank You.

Typically 4 weeks garment, 6 weeks until running but varies per patient depending on many factors including how much tissue removed, how much muscle tightened, what kind of shape she was in preop, how much pain she had during recovery, etc.......
