Angry i just need help- devastated

Im at a loss at what to do! I had a breast lift and augment in february of this year! I got 350cc silicone in front of the muscle! All was fine till recently when I developed a burning sensation in my right breast,(approx 2 month ago but it has been getting worse) my plastic surgeon sent me for an ultrasound and it came back with that i had 2 small cystic lesions which could be seromas from surgery but that was all. the ultrasound concluded that the implant was intact!
I can feel small lumps around my nipple and in the breast! could this be silicone that has leaked? Its really burning and im so lost as i feel helpless.the pain is not were the ultrasound says the cysts are.
My plastic surgeon keeps reffering me to my gp..he just fobs me off...
The worst part is i am 6 weeks pregnant so no other surgeon wants to help me out at this stage...what do i do>? (i live in australia)
sincerely yours anna

Perhaps you would want to get an MRI to evaluate the implant shells as this is a more sensitive test than the ultrasound. It is very rare at 6 months to have a leak. It is quite impossible to say what could be causing this pain without an examination. I'm sorry I am not more help.
