I HAVE 620CC SALINE IMPLANT SIZE 38DD IF I WENT TO A HIGH PROFILE GUMMYBEAR IMPLANT ABOUT 72OCC OR 820CC WHAT SIZE WOULD I BE?

Silicone tends to appear smaller than saline so you may very well not see a huge difference.....
