Dr. Sorokin, What type of bra do you recommend after a breast augmentation? Is a underwire okay,or wireless?I've heard some say its best to go bra less for awhile.Others say a sports bra only????What do you tell your patients? |

I suggest either a non-wire bra, jogbra, or none. I truly prefer none after the first few days, but a light bra can prevent some soreness as they provide light support. Underwires can be worn after six weeks if desired.
