Drains, Swelling & Size

Dr. Sorokin,

You answered another 1 of my questions amazingly, so I thought it'd be best to ask you another!

I just got my breast augmentation a few days ago (I am 3 days PO now).

My PS used drains on me.

I have heard that drains decrease swelling.

My question is this: Since I have drains, do you think that I'll pretty much stay the same size that I am now? Or do you think I still could be swollen, regardless of having drains?

I don't have mine done yet but my sister just got hers done in April and she had drains. Hers got smaller. She said she was really happy with how big they were right after but now she wishes she went a little bigger.
