 | Incision made too low?
Hi There! The bottom of my scar from a vertical lift is visible when I wear a bathing suit. Is this normal? My PS said as the implant fills out in the bottom, the incision should pull up under the crease/fold and should not be seen. Is this explanation correct or did my PS make the incision too low beneath my crease? Right now it is about 1/8 inch below my crease. I am 6 weeks post op. Thanks! |

Often these vertical incisions both shrink in length and change location as the implant settles. It is of course impossible for me to say without seeing you or knowing what was done. In general what he is telling you is quite accurate....
