I had my breast augmentation on May 27th. I got 325cc Mod+ silicone implants unders via crease. I was a 32A prior to my surgery and was looking to fill in my chest now that I am finished having kids and back to my usual weight. I feel like my implants might be a bit to wide for my frame but they also do not fill in the extra skin completely(I can easily pich an inch or more). Not that I go around pinching my breasts but this is a problem when the loose skin spills over my bra and gives me a bumpy chest. This was the main reason I wanted a breast augmentation, even when I had small breasts the skin would spill out of my bra making me self conscious with everything I wore from a fitted bouse to a shelf tank where I would just spill over the top with skin, not breast. My surgeon thought that the 325cc would fill me out nicely and wouldn't be too big for my 5'6" 115 pound frame. I see him tomorrow and really would like to approach him about possibly going with a slightly larger implant (probably in a higher prifile because I don't want wider implants) to fill in the skin. I have pictures posted in my profile of me pinching out the skin if it helps. My concern is, will bigger implants make a difference? I am 28 yrs old so not young but not old either. I am not quite sure how skin elasticity works and if bigger implants will weigh on the skin more instead of filling it in? My BWD is 12cm so when I look at the mentor sizing chart it seems like if I switched to HP and went with 375 or 400cc I would keep just about the same diameter and in my non-professional opinion maybe fill out the extra skin I have. I guess I just don't want to go in to my PS and be way off with my expectations/requests. I also don't know if bigger implants are even an option for me given my size/frame. I certainly do not want to increase my risk significantly for complications by putting too much pressure on my creases especially since I had such little breast tissue to begin with. Is wanting the skin of my breast filled out (more taut) an unrealistic expectation? Thanks for any help you can offer to me on how I could approach this with my PS when i see him Friday afternoon. I have a difficult time expressing myself, especially when I am unsure on how to explain it and don't want to go there knowing I am unhappy and not expressing that right and end up going home unhappy/frustrated because I didn't say the right thing.

My recommendation would be to have a discussion with your surgeon about what is bothering you and what if anything he thinks could help you reach your goals. From the pictures you show I would say that the implants fit your frame nicely. Yes you can always go to larger implants of a higher profile and they will fill out the tissue more.
