how big is the crease incision with a cohesive gel implant as compared to saline? can i go through my old incision under the breast or would it have to be longer?

It depends on how big your crease incision is to start with. I have seen some surgeons use 2cm incisions for saline and others 8cm incisions. Why the longer incision? Who knows?! It certainly only needs to be 2-3cm for a saline implant. For a silicone implant the incision length varies based on the size of the implant. You will likely need a 6-7cm incision for a 600-700cc implant like you have mentioned...

They are now 10 days old. I had a Full TUmmyTuck about one year and three months ago. I am a wife (married for 8 years) and proud mother of my 7 year old daughter.
