 | Duel-Plane placement
Do you do duel-plane placement or total under muscle?I've heard duel plane is easier to get over but still gives you the advantages of total muscle coverage.Though not many doctors offer it,is it a newer option?

I decide this based on a patient's tissue characteristics. About 70% of the time I go fully under and the rest dual-plane. It really is a case by case decision as to what will work best.
