Risks of anesthesia complications!!!

June 16th I had a areola reduction with a local anesthetic in my PS's office; June 20th I started feeling dizzy and shortness of breath. Could this cause a pulmanary embolism or could it be a pulmanary embolism from my TT and breast augmentation back in February of this year? I've had a chest xray which came out normal, a echocardiogram, normal, went to the ER where they did a EKG, normal, the only thing doctors haven't done was a Spiral CT, which I asked my primary doctor to request but she got mad at me and said she's doing what she can, and how dare I don't think she cares, where that came from idk, but my primary care doctor could have ordered all these tests at one time to rule out the most serious, but instead is leaving me feeling miserable because she's taking the conservative approach and my life has just halted, I can't even do simple tasks without getting short of breath. Also, do you think my PS can order this test for me, a spiral CT?
