2cm bwd difference too much?

Hi I had a breast width diameter question for you.
My bwd is only around 10.5cm/11cm. My PS told me that he can fit a 421cc midrange implant in me. The diameter of that implant is 13.3cm. That is over 2cm wider then my bwd. Is my PS wrong for telling me that he can give me the 421ccs? And if it is possible, are the chances of complications a lot higher?

my bwd is very close to yours. the implants i got has a diameter of 10.8cm. I spoke to my PS about wanting to go bigger..and get more 'side boob'...and he said that he'd only go up to the 11.4 cm on me...

I couldnt get it the first time because my skin was way too tight..

going too much over..with my thin skin can cause more problems in the long run according to him. bottoming out..implants sliding into armpits..etc..

but every PS is different. I've seen girls on here going way over, and their results look amazing!!!

Implants should be chosen based on the base diameter and the space that will be present for the implant. Over-dissected pockets cause problems. I would discuss with your surgeon and perhaps consider a smaller profile implant.
