![]() | is it possible to have a painless redo surgery??
i had my 350hp implants removed and replaced with 600hp implants 2 days ago, so far i have no pain,no brusing, no swelling and my breast are not riding up high on my chest. the only discomfort is at the incision site at the crease.(he used the same site/same pocket). im not even bandaged like the first time. just a elastic bra and some gauze at the incision. my question is, is this normal?? i had the redo due to lose of volume and upper fullness after having a baby with the 350's as of right now my breast look pretty much perfect as far as fullness upper and lower, the skin is tight as i wanted and nipple placement is good, in spite of not having a lift. i know it sounds weird that i would be concerned if everything is going good, but my concern is what happens to the settling process if they seem to be already settled?? are they going to change shape and size for the worse?? should i be concerned??? how can you achieve upper fullness if the implants are not placed high up at first?? if they stay like this i would be totally and 150% thrilled, im just worried that they wont due to natural progression of a breast augmentation. help please. thanx

The second time is almost always exactly what you describe unless there was a large amount of pocket modification that needed to be done. It sounds like all is doing like it should be. Don't overdo it just because you do not hurt. You still need time to heal.....
