Hello, Dr. Sorokin,

I am very confused regarding profile and projection. I am 5'7 and weigh 155 lbs. I am currently a 36A, small B. I had chosen the Natrelle 280 cc Silicone Gel implants and my surgeon requested that I go with high profile. I think the high profile would make me appear too top heavy. I'm not getting implants to get overly large breasts, but rather a better shape to my existing breasts. Do you think moderate or moderate plus would be a better profile choice? Thank you!!

At 5-7 and 155lbs using a 280HP implant sounds like a very narrow based implant for you. I do not have measurements or an exam but I do not like the sound of that at all. It sounds like the completely wrong implant. I would go talk to your surgeon.
