Popping Noise & Dropping/Size Q's

Hi Doctor,
I'm a little over 5 weeks out. Still looks like my right breast needs to fall/drop a little (I'm right-handed so maybe that's why it's that way). Anyhow, I was massaging my left breast yesterday and I heard a popping noise while massaging the underside of it (towards the middle of the chest).... Is this normal? If so, what could cause it? (haha, I don't think I'm strong enough to damage/pop the implant... FYI, I have Allergan/Natrelle HP 350cc silicone unders, if that helps).

On another note, before the operation, I've always noticed that my left breast was slightly smaller, however the asymmetry was so slight that I just decided to use the same size implants for both breasts. The asymmetry has been more apparent for the past 2 weeks now, and I'm wondering if it's b/c the right breast still needs to drop a little more. Anyhow, on the forum I keep hearing that the breast may get larger once it drops, so this confuses me. If my right breast gets larger once it drops, it may look a lot bigger than my left breast and this worries me somewhat. Anyhow, I see my PS again in 2 weeks, but I'd love to hear your opinion on the matter. Thanks! On a last note, is there any way to make the right breast drop faster (any muscle relaxing techniques)? I've been massaging the implant up & down, so I assume it'll go down in time, but I didn't know if there was anything extra you'd recommend.

Sorry, just wanted to add that I also had lipo on my abs & flanks, and I occasionally feel tenderness when I do oblique exercise movements. If I could best describe it, it feels a little tender when I touch my hip bone... Is this normal for being about 5 weeks out?? FYI, I'm naturally athletic, so they did not need to take a lot of fat out, in case that helps!

First of all, soreness after liposuction is very common for months. You are only 5 weeks out. If it is getting worse, not better, you need to have it looked at. As far as one breast dropping slower than the other, this is common, and you are only 5 weeks out. Asymmetry at this point is common due to implant position, differential swelling, and muscle relaxation. Give things time, and remember that time is on your side. I would like to believe that most plastic surgeons are honest with their patients so if he/she hasn't told you that something is healing abnormally, it probably isn't.

Thanks doctor... At my last post-op my PS said everything looked normal. I guess I'm just being anxious/impatient with the healing process, haha. I see him again in less than 2 weeks. Have a great weekend!
