numb arms and feeling tired one swollen more than the other!

hi im 5 day post op not felt too bad pain wise but today felt very light headed tingly arms aching arms so went to bed for 2 hours - general feeling of unwell which has pasted is this normal to feel this way also my back is killing is this because of sleeping on my back only and is it normal to have one breast more swollen than the other ? ?

These are not normal symptoms post breast augmentation. Call your doctor.
