Want Natural looking C's

135 lbs, 5'4", 34A (breast fed 2 children), breast width is 12cm, long torso and curvy hips, measured 1" on the upper pec/armpit area.

We have decided on Silicone Breast Implants and under the muscle. I'd like to be a natural looking small/medium C. We want a natural slope and decent cleavage. What's your thoughts? Which implant (high profile, mod+, mod) and what size would you recommend?

Hmm, let me know how it goes. I wanted a natural look but my BWD was 12 12.5 and my ps said he could only fit HP in there. =(

The stats you give me give some information. I think without the rest of the information that a surgeon can obtain from an exam it would be 100% inappropriate to suggest a size/shape/model implant. Sorry.
