I've also asked Dr. Wallach the same question but I hope you don't mind answering as well! =)

I'm looking to get 400 or 450 mentor high profile implants. They have diameters of 12.2 and 12.8 respectively and about the same projection. I will be getting these implants under the muscle and my PS said that he will not be reducing the spacing between my breasts and therefore, I will have some side boob.

Do you think based on the pictures below I will have issues achieving the size I want (400cc rice sizers below)? I work out frequently as well and I read that I may need to have 450s to account for under the muscle as well as loss of natural breast tissue due to working out.

Overall I have the following two concerns:
1. 400hp will be smaller than the 400cc rice sizers below which were measured to this websites specifications and are my ideal size.
2. 450hp exceeds my bwd of 12cm by too much and could make me look like Victoria Beckham or Tori Spelling AND give me significant side boob. I would love to have the 450 hp if my breast width can accommodate the 12.8 diameter.

Also, my PS said I have excellent stretch and even asked me if I had breastfed so I guess I'm a bit saggy.

Much of your result depends on two things:
Specific individual surgeon technique and creation of the pocket. Not all pockets are created equal. They are made different and the implants sit in them differently.
Your preop shape, size, and measurements.
Thus it would be absolutely impossible for any surgeon on a forum to tell you what a specific implant will look like on you even from a few pictures because I do not have a true exam and I do not know what techniques the surgeon will use.

Your best bet is to ask your surgeon to see his photos of similarly sized women who received implants of similar size/style.
