![]() | Lift still??
Hi Dr Sorokin, I have seen you in person after my orginal breast augmentation in May I believe... I have since then had a revision to my right side with perminant sutures.. It did not hold. my pockets seem really big now and I guess I have bottomed out agian... If I want to correct this and GO SMALLER what could we do to prevent my pockets from stretching agian after a smaller implant??? I have had you and my doc say Lift and 2 other say no lift.. Would you suggest a lollipop or a vertical at this point ??? Would you also suggerst dermal replacement or do you think the size decrease is enough... I am trying really hard to educate my self so I don't have to enter any more surgeries after my 3rd for a long time... I am in pain on my right side were I have the bottom out so that makes me really want to address this sooner than later.. Made my pics public Thank you agian |

I tried to look at your currently posted pictures that you noted were made public but was unable. I do not know where they are and could not find them. Regardless I am so sorry to hear that your revision did not work. That is miserable. I would tell you that you really need to give some time for the breasts to settle down before rushing in to another surgery or it is very likely to fail. The tissues need at least 6 months. As far as what type of surgery I would bet if you are downsizing you will need at least the lollipop that you are referring to. I have to admit that while you said I saw you in person back in May I have probably looked at 500 breasts since then and do not remember the details and your username on here doesn't really tell me who you are so I cannot even pull up your office chart to look at notes. If you would like to send me a private email I am certainly happy to discuss things more. Once again, I'm sorry to hear that all is not working out so well....
