Under or Over the Muscle

After telling my Dr. that I am a tennis player and like to golf he now wants to go over the muscle instead of under. I am also having an anchor lift and decided on 250cc, I am fairly thin and really was going for a very natural look and am worried now about ridges or unatural look with over the muscle. How much permament restriction is there to the muscle wall to effect my arm movement in sports? Thanks so much for your opinion, my surgery is scheduled in 3 weeks.

There is truly not much change in muscle function under the muscle unless you are a professional level athlete.

I have had both overs and unders, and i wish i would of chosen unders from the start. I too am slim so due to that i had a lot of visible rippling with overs even with the silicone gel and they looked too big and fake., now that im over the muscle..it did take longer to heal, i am much happier with the results.
