Biggest Size?

Hi Dr. Walden. What are the biggest implants that you would put in. Right now i'm a 34 C/ big B i think. But would like to be at least a double D. Part of the reason i would like to be big is because it's also part of what i'll be doing. The more i have, the more i'll get paid, no i don't strip..lol...i do bartend. So bigger would be better for me.

I have put in a wide range of sizes for a wide range of women with very different chest wall anatomy, expectations and desires, and tissue qualities. That said, I tend not to implant too many women with implants over 425 to 450 cc's given the tissue stretch and potential for implant related issues that tend to occur more frequently with bigger implants. Perhaps you should print out some photos of breasts that you like whether from online, Victoria's Secret, etc and show them to you surgeon so that you can together decide what your limitations are for getting the best result and the size that you would like.
