Settling, Dropping or fluffing

Thank you for taking the time to answer this Dr. Walden. I have a question about what to expect of my changing implants. I'm on Day 19 and really sad because all I notice is them getting smaller over time. A lot of ladies on her say they have to drop and fluff, settle and such. However, at my 2 week post op I told my ps I thought they were getting smaller and if they will get bigger over time and he said no. They are the size (I know for the implants but I meant fuller). I am 5'1 102 pounds, very small so I went with 250 filled to 275ccs, round smooth saline unders.
I have noticed a lot of softening, but no increase in size.
What is your opinion on this?
Do you believe they fill out more?
I wanted to be a C and he said with 225 I would be a full b baby c, so that is why I went up to 275. Thanks so much

Implant fluffing

Likely your breasts will not get bigger in time but a little smaller as the swelling goes down. As they drop down in the pocket you may see the lower pole get fuller though (what everyone calls "fluffing"!)
