I have a couple that i have seen alot of questions on the board . 1. Could a pocket created a bit too large for an implant possiblly be the cause of rippling? Being that it may move around more freely? The weight pulling it down and room cause ripples? 2. Dual plane placement? Can a breast sag after when a bra is not worn majority of the time, or is it mainly sag with overs? 3. How do you feel about the cohesive 3 high strength gel implants? Do you like them(just your opinion)? Do you think they will help the rippling issues or is the possability of rotating an issue to be concerned with? __________________ 1-17-07 1st surg Mentor 450 mod + cogel unders 7-27-07 2nd surg 450 mentor mod + cogels overs to correct scar tissue attach double bubble 2-7-07 3rd surg Unders 450 left -500 right correct assemetry and ripples Contenplating 550 gummy bears upon FDA approval
