Uneven after BA

My left breast was smaller PreBa so my PS put 370 in it and 330 in my right. I had me surgery 4 days ago and they were looking pretty even untill today my left which was smaller b4 is now bigger than my right... but only on the top the sides and bottom are even. is this just becuz it needs to drop or did my PS fill it too much? i have b4 pics in my profile.

Asymmetry post-op

4 days is way too early to make a judgement call on an asymmetry because you are still going through the phases of early swelling and healing. No two implants can settle at exactly the same rate, every day after surgery, so be patient and see how things look after about 4- 6 weeks. It is also impossible for a surgeon to restore 100% symmetry to inherently asymmetrical breasts (even God can't do that!), so I tell my patients to be prepared for some minor persistent asymmetry post-op, but that I will do my best to get them to look the same.

Best,
Dr Walden
