 | Do I need a lift? Hi Dr. Walden, I am curious if you think I need a lift? I am 5'4" about 113 lbs no kids and I am 24 yrs old. I have been told by some plastic surgeon I need a lift and others have said I do not. Can I email you some pics for you to evaluate? I have attached one pic but it is pretty small  I am also wondering if going under the muscle is better for me due to my breast type? Will going under make it less likely to sag? I am trying to go for a Holly Maddison (sp) look.  Thanks so much for your advise.

Your boobs look like mine except my righty is the bigger one. It looks like lefty needs a lift. My plastic surgeon is doing a Benelli lift to achieve the round look. I think my lift adds $1000 to the price. I am getting overs as well. I don't think many plastic surgeon in the states recommend overs, though. Good luck!

urs dont look that diff to my original size. take a look at my before pics, i got 435cc. have just posted some after pics. no lift.

JJ you look great Do you have any pre-ba pics I could look at that are a close up of you? I would love to see what you looked like pre to compare to mine. Smalls- Do you worry about more sagging with overs? I am a lil worried but I am going with my plastic surgeon recs on it. Also, 1000 is a great price for the lift I will be going in for the lift post op.
