Question Dropping after revision, normal or not?

Dr. Walden,

I am currently just over 2wks post revision (went smaller: from 425cc Hp's to 300cc Mod+ after 6months of 1st BA) and I have a question concerning how my current implants are sitting.

As of now my LEFT beast has completely dropped into it's pocket and looks GREAT, no sag, or fold, nice lower pole fullness, it feels and looks great, I love it; however my RIGHT breast seems to be sitting abnormaly high and is feeling a tad firmer than my left, the implant feels like it is STUCK up top and my natural breast tissue seems to just hang off it down below.

Now, the weird thing is that immediately post-op they BOTH looked amazing; I was extremely happy w/ how they looked and were sitting. I wore my ace bandage the 1st 3 days and then my plastic surgeon gave me the strap which I've been wearing religiously since then.

My questions: is it normal for an implant to rise back up like that after a revision? Will if drop back into place? Is there anything I can do to ensure it does and/or speed things along?

I asked my plastic surgeon and about my concerns as my Right seemed to be problematic even the 1st time around, at the my revision (6months after my 1st BA) it was still higher.

He said regarding the original BA that "implant displacement appeared related to muscle contraction" so during the revision he released the right pocket further and also released the muscle further...his words.

I'm not quite sure what that means but I'm concerned that it could happen again as my Right breast feels the way it did before :-(

I also noticed my Right incision is sligthly higher than my left and seems to be stopping the implant from being able to go down into the pocket, whereas the Left implant goes all the way down, even past the insicion site. The Right insicion feels flat and stuck, does not allow antying to go beyond that point.
