Amount of tissue lost in removing a textured implant

I've having a re-do to correct some misbehaving on my lefty's part. It just sits a little bit higher and is slightly firmer than my right but it also hurts at random, like a pinch from the underneath, so I'm getting a revision. He's going to remove both implants and replace them with ones slightly larger (up about 80 grams each) and lower my crease on the left. They will remain over the muscle.

My concern is one in the way of ending up either exactly the same size or smaller because of the amount of tissue that would need to be removed to extract a textured implant. (they will be almost 9 months old at that point)

He never mentioned capsular contracture (which if I am correct means removing a not so insignificant amount of tissue) but they are removing textured implants. Is this amount of tissue needed to remove a textured implant significant enough to be noticed with re-implantation?

Thanks for you time.

Textured implants may be a little more difficult to remove. If there is a CC, then the capsule is removed as well. This may result in removal of some tissue, but usually not a significant amount.
