Hello. I have had a feeling like my muscle in my left breast is really pulled (like during a workout), it is painful. I am two weeks post op (had 275cc under the muscle, saline) and have not really had pain since day 3. I saw my ps Tuesday and everything was fine then, but this pain started yesterday and hurts more today. Yesterday I'm afraid I walked way too much (16 miles), but not by choice. Is this something to be concerned with or just part of the healing process? I appreciate your time.

It very possible could have been from walking too much. If you have concerns, call your plastic surgeon to be evlauated.
