I am having a redo in 2 weeks and have a question regarding different profile implants.

I currently have 630cc Mentor HIGH PROFILE implants.

I am switching to 800cc Mentor MODERATE PLUS implants.

My reason for the switch is because I have a BWD of 15.5 and the 630 high profiles do not fill out my chest wall very well. I also do not like the fact most of my fullness is where my nipple area is, not below the nipple to make a nice rounded out bottom breast (my breasts look somewhat cone shaped from the side).

Will the moderate plus implants help fill out the chest wall, being that they are 16.1 cm wide and my BWD is 15.5?

Will the moderate plus implants sit differently in the pocket to possibly get more fullness below the nipple?

My areola's are somewhat puffy. Will the wider implant help stretch the areola a bit to make it flatter?
