I'm 4 weeks post op and I'm developing visible rippling. My PS told me I might feel some on the outside of the breast under my arm. I did see that a couple weeks ago. Now I notice it between my breast (more so on the right)when I lean forward. Actually the only spot I don't see it now is the top where the muscle covers! I have thin skin, 5'8' 138 with 420cc silicone unders textured. My PS prefers textured, I'm now reading of increase chance of "traction rippling" with them vs smooth. Is this normal, does it go away, should I do something? I'm afraid when all is said and done I'll have implants that look like they have been shrink wrapped on my chest! THanks

Rippling can happen when the person has very thin tissues. It may happen more with textured, but saline smooth walls do it a lot too.
